A: In most cases, Mile High PC Techs are available within the same business day. We strive to complete service requests within 1 business day. You may schedule your appointment online and view all available appointment times — choose one that is convenient for you. You can also set up your profile for future appointments.

Q: Do your techs have spare parts on hand if hardware failure is detected?

A: Yes, our techs carry a wide range of spare parts. If the spare part is not available, in most cases our vendors will supply us with parts quickly and reliably for fast service.

Q: Do you have a trip charge for service calls?

A: We have no hidden fees. You will pay the minimum hour fee of $100.00 for a service call.Check out our price list.

Q: What information do I need to supply when scheduling an appointment?

A: A brief description of the problem, contact information and address so that we may service you on–site. An adult over the age of 18 will need to be on hand when the technician arrives.

Q: Do I need to pack up my equipment and bring it to a service center to be serviced?

A: No, that is the great thing about Mile High PC Techs! We come to you to avoid disruption and to get you up and running as soon as possible.

Q: How qualified are your techs?

A: Mile High PC Techs holds an active A+ Certification (authorized CompTIA service center) and many of our technicians have multiple certifications and years of experience. We guarantee our services to ensure client satisfaction.

Q: How can I pay for the service that I receive?

A: We make it easy for you…we accept personal checks, company checks, MasterCard, and Visa. Payment is due upon completion of service.

Q: What hours can I schedule appointments?

A: You can schedule your appointment online. Or, agents are available at 303.664.5050 or toll free at 866.907.TECH and are waiting to assist you 7 x 24 x 365. We schedule appointments as quickly as time allows. If you have an emergency situation during off hours, Mile High PC Techs may be paged for an additional off–hour fee.
