Our rates are affordable and we have no hidden fees. During the call, our service technicians will assess the problem and provide an estimate. Technicians may offer an hourly rate or a flat rate depending on the problem or service requested. All work and prices will be disclosed before work begins. We beat the competition on comparative on-site services!

You will pay for the time our technician is at your location. Also you will be billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour; consequently, 1 1/2 hours of work is billed as 90 minutes, not 2 hours. Rates after hours and on weekends vary depending on availability. This fee includes any time needed to diagnose and fix the problem.

In most cases, Mile High PC Techs are available within the same business day. We strive to complete service requests within 1 business day. Our techs carry a range of spare parts. If the spare part is not available, in most cases our vendors will supply us with parts quickly and reliably for fast service. We accept personal & company checks, MasterCard, and Visa. Payment is due upon completion of service.

Please note: Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50.00 cancellation fee.

Basic Rates:

  • Mile High PC Tech Lab/Drop Off: $50.00 minimum charge; $100.00 per hour
  • Customer On-site Computer Service & Support: $75.00 minimum charge; $110.00 per hour (billed in quarter increments after the first hour)
  • Customer On-site Network Service & Support: $75.00 minimum charge; $120.00 per hour (billed in quarter increments after the first hour)
  • We can provide custom quotes for consulting services, data cabling services, data recovery, customer solutions, and one-on-one training. Please schedule an appointment for an assessment and quote.
  • Flat rates may be quoted depending on problem or service requested— your technician will provide details at the time of your appointment.

  • Price based on standard Microsoft networks and PC's running Windows.
  • Rates are subject to change.
  • Maintenance agreements are also available upon request.
